Preparations for CENTRAL EUROPE 2014-2020, the new transnational programme to be financed under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) in the next programming period, are advancing fast. Until the end of May 2013, the thematic focus of CENTRAL EUROPE 2014-2020 will be intensely discussed and consulted upon in various stakeholder events and a transnational online survey, which was launched on 9 April 2013 at poll.oir.at/CE2020.
Based on the results of a territorial analysis carried out in 2012, the EU Member States participating in the current CENTRAL EUROPE Programme have recently agreed to concentrate future cooperation on Innovation, Energy, Natural and Cultural Heritage, as well as Transport. With the transnational online survey, CENTRAL EUROPE now invites partners and stakeholders to provide concrete inputs on transnational topics that could be funded by the new programme between 2014-2020. Filling in the survey will not take longer than 10-15 minutes, the deadline for submission is 30 April 2013. Additional input can be provided in the CENTRAL EUROPE national and transnational stakeholder events.
