The aim of the conference is to present how the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region is implemented in the fields related to the transfer of knowledge and innovations. At the same time Polish regions wish to emphasise the importance of an integrated approach in the question of the strategy funding, to refer to the rate of implementation of selected flagship projects and to discuss the role and shape of macroregional strategies in the new programming period.
