Visit Polish regions on the 17th of May 2014 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the celebration of 10 years in EU! Polish initiative is a part of EU Open Doors, which take place every year, visited by thousands of people.
Over 30 regions and cities showcase the diversity and attractiveness of European landscape, resources and traditions at their interactive stands. A taste of regional products may be offered. Polish regions have prepared their exhibitions in one of four categories: tourism, innovation, creative industries/culture and design. Pomorskie Voivodship will prepare an interactive exhibition dedicated to Leonardo DaVinci’s inventions.
Organisators of the event are diplomatic representations (Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the EU, Polish Embassy in Belgium and Polish National Tourist Office, as well as Polish regional offices in Brussels – among others POMORSKIE EU Regional Office).
Official opening of the event will be held by Marek Prawda, Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Poland to the EU and Artur Harazim, Ambassador of Poland in Belgium.
